The Local Government, Racing and Cemeteries Employees Union (LGRCEU) is a union of employees connected to the industry of municipal county, shire council and local government bodies in Western Australia.

The organisation is governed by a Union Executive and a Union Conference. The Union Executive is comprised of the Office Bearers of the organisation and six Committee members. The Union Conference is comprised of the Union Executive and representatives of members from three geographical zones.
All office positions are elected for a term of 4 years. The organisation's elections are conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission.
On 10 August 2023 the name of the organisation changed from ‘Western Australian Shire Councils, Municipal Road Boards, Health Boards, Parks, Cemeteries And Racecourse, Public Authorities, Water Boards Union’ to ‘Local Government, Racing and Cemeteries Employees Union’.
