You can submit your application by emailing it to us at lodge@fwc.gov.au.
We have offices in the capital city of each state and territory, plus a regional office in New South Wales. Hearings and conferences take place at those office addresses.
Please do not come to our offices if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, even if your symptoms are mild.
