The management of the affairs of the organisation was vested in the Board, which comprises ordinary Board members and the Office Bearers of the organisation.
Board members were elected for a term of 4 years, while the Office Bearers were elected for a term of 2 years. The organisation's elections were conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission.
