Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 and others variation (AM2012/352)

Fair Work Australia proposes to vary the superannuation clause in three modern awards. The three awards subject to this variation are the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 and the Nurses Award 2010.

The proposal was made under section 160(2)(a) of the Fair Work Act 2009, to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error, in relation to the merger of UC Super and NGS Super.
