Introduction
The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (Australian Services Union) has applied to change the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
Content
The application has been made under section 157 of the Fair Work Act 2009. It seeks to vary clause 15 and Schedules B, C, D and E of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 to update classifications and incorporate wage rates from the Social, Community and Disability Services Industry Equal Remuneration Order 2012.
