Parkerville Children and Youth Care Incorporated has applied to change the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
Content
The application has been made under section 160(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009 or, in the alternative, under section 157(1). It seeks to remove ambiguity and/or uncertainty with respect to coverage of Therapeutic Carers, sleepover arrangements and/or 24 hour care arrangements.
The parts of the application relating to sleepover arrangements are being dealt with in AM2023/28.
