Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 and others variation (AM2012/356 and others)

Fair Work Australia proposed to change the superannuation clause in six modern awards in relation to the merger of the National Catholic Superannuation Fund (NCSF) and Catholic Super (CSF). The six awards subject to this are the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, the Aged Care Award 2010, the Nurses Award 2010, the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2010, the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2010 and the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010.

This proposal was made under section 160(2)(a) of the Fair Work Act 2009 to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error in the superannuation clause of these modern awards.
