Live Performance Award variation (AM2021/78)

The Australian Entertainment Industry Association (trading as Live Performance Australia) has applied to change the minimum hourly rate for production and support staff, and travel allowances in the Live Performance Award 2020 .

The application has been made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 by the Australian Entertainment Industry Association (trading as Live Performance Australia). It seeks to remove an ambiguity, uncertainty or correct an error regarding provisions of the Live Performance Award 2020 related to the minimum hourly rate for production and support staff, and travel allowances.
