Introduction
The United Workers' Union have applied to change the named superannuation fund in 4 awards.
Content
The application has been made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 by the United Workers' Union to change the named superannuation fund. It seeks to remove ambiguity or uncertainty arising from the merging of superannuation fund Intrust Super with Hostplus.
The awards are:
- Fast Food Industry Award 2010 — clause 21.4(c)
- Fitness Industry Award 2020 — clause 18.4(g)
- Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 — clause 27.4(c)
- Restaurant Industry Award 2020 — clause 22.4(b).
