Introduction
The Modern Awards Team issued an amendment to the Building and Construction General On-Site Award 2010.

On 26 September 2011 the Modern Awards Team issued an amendment to clause 25.2 Metropolitan radial areas of the consolidated version of the Building and Construction General On-Site Award 2010 published on the website. The amendment was issued to correct what appeared to be a clerical error in the updating of the award as a result of an order, PR994519, issued on 31 March 2010.
As the result of correspondence received from the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union and Master Builders Australia Limited the President referred the question of the proper wording of the relevant clause to Senior Deputy President Watson to determine.
