The application has been made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009 to vary the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award 2010. This application was heard in conjunction with the 4 yearly review of the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award 2010 – see AM2014/256 which was finalised by the Decision [2020] FWCFB 2124.
