Fair Work Commission President, Justice Ross, has issued a statement in relation to occupational segregation and gender undervaluation.
The statement sets out the principles relating to gender undervaluation from the Work value - Aged care industry decision ([2022] FWCFB 200) and sets out other modern awards that may fall within the definition of a female-dominated industry.
It also deals with the proposed Undergraduate qualifications review.
