Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$19.57” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(i) and inserting “$20.02”.

2. By deleting the amount “$12.42” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$12.71”.

3. By deleting the amounts “$0.80” and “$0.27” appearing in clause 18.3(b)(i) and inserting “$0.92” and “$0.31” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$19.96” appearing in clause 18.3(e)(i) and inserting “$20.83”.

5. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Vehicle allowance—Motorcycle	18.3(b)(i)	0.31	per km
Tool allowance—tradespersons and apprentices	18.3(e)(i)	20.83	per week

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
