Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$16.28” appearing in clause 18.3(a) and inserting “$16.66”.

2. By deleting the amount “$0.80” appearing in clause 18.3(b)(i) and inserting “$0.91”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance—overtime in excess of 2 hours, or work of 5 or more hours on non-ordinary working day	18.3(a)	16.66	per occasion
Vehicle allowance	18.3(b)(i)	0.91	per km

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
