Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$20.66” appearing in clause 16.3(c)(i) and inserting “$21.14”.

2. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Allowance	Clause	$	Payable
Clothing allowance—regularly employed on work requiring attendance in evening attire	16.3(b)(iii)	300.00	minimum per annum
Meal allowance—more than one meal per day away from home	16.3(c)(i)	21.14	per meal
Spectacle allowance—maximum payment for first frames	16.3(g)	118.50	maximum for first frames

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
