1. Pursuant to s.594 of the Fair Work Act 2009, it is ordered that the evidence contained in the witness statements listed below, which is identified as ‘Confidential Evidence’ by the Australian Industry Group in the application it made on 3 August 2021, must not be published on the Commission’s website or in any other manner:
