Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$16.09” appearing in clause 17.3(a) and inserting “$16.33”.

2. By deleting the amounts “$16.09” and “$71.72” appearing in clause 17.3(d)(ii) and inserting “$16.33” and “$74.85” respectively.

3. By deleting the amount “$514.72” wherever it appears in clause 17.3(e)(i) and inserting “$537.19”.

4. By deleting the amount “$5.49” appearing in clause 17.3(e)(ii) and inserting “$5.73”.

5. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Board and lodging for 7 days	17.3(e)(i)	537.19	per week
All living expenses for broken parts of a week—an amount of up to	17.3(e)(i)	537.19	per week
Incidentals allowance	17.3(e)(ii)	5.73	per night

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
