Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$15.71” appearing in clause 15.2(d) and inserting “$15.96”.

2. By deleting the amount “$15.71” appearing in clause 15.2(e) and inserting “$15.96”.

3. By deleting the amount “$67.74” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(ii) and inserting “$68.73”.

4. By deleting the amount “$67.74” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(v) and inserting “$68.73”.

5. By deleting the amount “$17.43” appearing in clause 18.3(c)(i) and inserting “$17.88”.

6. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 18.3(d)(i) and inserting “$0.80”.

7. By deleting the amount “$73.47” appearing in clause 18.3(e)(i)(A) and inserting “$76.68”.

8. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
