Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$19.95” appearing in clause 18.3(g) and inserting “$20.02”.

2. By deleting the amount “$16.17” appearing in clause 18.5(a)(i) and inserting “$16.41”.

3. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 18.6(b) and inserting “$0.80”.

4. By deleting the amount “$6.20” appearing in clause 18.6(c) and inserting “$6.47”.

5. By deleting the amount “$20.18” appearing in clause 18.6(d)(i) and inserting “$21.06”.

6. By deleting the amount “$3.62” appearing in clause 18.6(d)(iii) and inserting “$3.78”.

7. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 18.6(f) and inserting “$0.80”.

8. By deleting the amount “$514.05” appearing in clause 18.7(a)(i) and inserting “$536.49”.

9. By deleting the amount “$16.17” appearing in clause 18.7(a)(iii) and inserting “$16.41”.

10. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
