Annual Wage Review 2019–20 – Commercial Sales Award 2020 – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Expert Panel in the Annual Wage Review 2019–20 on 26 June 2020 [PR718901] is corrected as follows:

1. By inserting superscript “¹” after the words “Probationary Traveller” in item A.1.

2. By renumbering items A.2 to A.7 as A.3 to A.8.

3. By inserting a new item A.2 as follows:

“2. By deleting the words “1 July 2019” in clause 15.2(b)(ii) and inserting “1 February 2021”.”

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
