4 yearly review of modern awards – Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2010 – modern award varied – correction.
A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 7 October 2020 [PR722496] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the amount “$19.06” appearing in clause 18.3(g) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$19.95”.
2. By deleting the amount “$15.83” appearing in clause 18.5(a)(i) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$16.17”.
3. By deleting the amount “$6.08” appearing in clause 18.6(c) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$6.20”.
4. By deleting the amount “$19.78” appearing in clause 18.6(d)(i) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$20.18”.
5. By deleting the amount “$3.55” appearing in clause 18.6(d)(iii) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$3.62”.
6. By deleting the amount “$503.89” appearing in clause 18.7(a)(i) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$514.05”.
7. By deleting the amount “$15.83” appearing in clause 18.7(a)(iii) of the attachment to the determination and inserting “$16.17”.
8. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 of the attachment to the determination and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 13 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee's first full pay period that starts on or after 13 November 2020.
